All full-time faculty members will receive a $200 Faculty Allocation fund to purchase materials for Vise Library's collection. The funds must be only used for one-time purchases, such as books or audiovisual materials. Faculty allocations may not be used for subscriptions to periodicals or for materials such as textbooks and study guides. Departments may combine funds for larger purchases.

What information should I include with my request?
You must include at least your name, contact information, and basic information about the item(s) you wish to request. Please include as much information as possible, including the item's ISBN number, author, title, and publication information, as well as cost and ordering information if available.

You may request as many items as you wish, providing that they do not exceed your Faculty Allocation funds.
What if I wish to request items that exceed my funds?
